Who is eligible for the aid? What are the requirements?

The Kit Consulting grants are financed with funds from Spain’s Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, through the European Next Generation EU Plan, and have a total budget of more than €300 million. The aim of this program is to reach 15,000 small and medium-sized enterprises with between 10 and 250 employees.

  • €12,000: Between 10 and fewer than 50 employees
  • €18,000: Between 50 and fewer than 100 employees
  • €24,000: Between 100 and fewer than 250 employees
  • Be a small or medium-sized enterprise.
  • Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
  • Not be subject to a pending recovery order following a previous decision by the European Commission.
  • Not be considered a company in crisis.
  • Not be subject to any other prohibitions provided for in the General Subsidies Law.
  • Be registered in the Census of Entrepreneurs, Professionals, and Withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of the Regional Tax Administration.

  • Identify the data in your SME that improves understanding of the available information.
  • Analyze the different options for artificial intelligence tools to exploit and visualize the data, recommending the one that best suits the current situation of your SME and the investment required for its adoption.
  • Establish valuable information from the processing of data with artificial intelligence algorithms.
  • Advise you on the exploitation of data through the chosen tool.
  • Optionally, we can advise you on data governance, management, and quality management processes in accordance with the specifications UNE 0077 “Data Governance,” UNE 0078 “Data Management,” and UNE 0079 “Data Quality Management.”
  • Develop and execute a use case adapted to the business in data analysis (basic level).

  • Optionally, we can advise you on evaluating the capacity of data governance, management, and quality management processes in accordance with the UNE 0080 specification “Guide to the Evaluation of
  • Data Governance, Management, and Quality Management” and the UNE 0081 specification “Guide to Data Quality Evaluation.”

Business Process or Production Process Consulting Service

  • Understand the strategic goals, key points, and objectives of your SME and align them with a focus on digitization, the use of artificial intelligence, and the improvement of business processes (or, where applicable, selected manufacturing processes).
  • Analyze your current business processes to identify potential improvements. In the case of production processes, an analysis of the selected manufacturing process will be carried out, identifying areas of opportunity for efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Effectively communicate the strategic relevance of process digitization to your SME’s employees, highlighting how this not only optimizes daily work but also strengthens competitiveness.
  • Provide expert advice on business process management and artificial intelligence tools, covering everything from sales and human resources to project management, and highlighting specific solutions to improve efficiency and quality. If, instead, a manufacturing process has been chosen, advice will be provided on tools and technology for the optimization and automation of that production process.
  • Develop and implement a use case tailored to an SME, using appropriate techniques, for the optimization of a business process or, where applicable, a manufacturing process.

  • Ensure the continuity of your SME in the event of possible security incidents, minimizing the risk of business interruptions.
  • Develop and provide a detailed response plan for security breaches, defining specific protocols and actions in the event of a cyberattack.
  • Define and establish, together with you, a personalized short- and medium-term cybersecurity strategy.
  • Comply with security regulations and standards related to data protection and information security.
  • Prepare the basic documentation for the implementation of an ISMS (ISO27001 and medium-high ENS) for a core service offered to customers or public administrations.

  • Proactively protect your SME against targeted data attacks, improving resilience and responsiveness to threats.
  • Raise awareness among your employees of the importance of cybersecurity and foster an organizational culture focused on cybersecurity and risk management.
  • Prepare the documentation so that you can submit your ISMS certification for a core service offered to customers or public administrations (ISO27001 and medium-high ENS, according to the CCN-STIC 825 Guide). Certification not included.
  • Develop and execute a use case tailored to your SME using the appropriate techniques in the area of cybersecurity.

Digital advisors are accredited and approved by the public body Red.es, and are subject at all times to a control procedure to verify proper compliance with the service.

What requirements must a digital advisor meet?

Digital Advisors participating in Kit Consulting’s Agents of Change program must meet the following requirements:

  • Net turnover for the last fiscal year equal to or greater than €100,000.
  • Tax domicile in the European Union.
  • Accredited and approved by the public entity Red.es, attached to the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Public Administration.
